International Journal of Services Marketing (IJSM) is a multidisciplinary journal that is designed for the prompt publication of peer-reviewed articles in all areas of the subject. The journal articles will be accessed freely online. It covers all areas of services-related issues of interest to marketing scholars and relevant to marketing professionals who represent a broad range of service industries.
The journal presents both theoretical and empirical articles including experimental and pilot studies addressing various issues faced by service marketers to enhance the development of the marketing literature in the application of marketing concepts to services. Manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Services Marketing must be original work that has not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Each study published by IJSM undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.
